Season Lao（中文名稱：劉善恆） was invited to exhibit in the Italian city of Como（中譯：科莫）, in the church of San Pietro in Atrio, side by side with 24 other artists of worldwide reference, among them are David La Chapelle（中譯：大衛·拉切貝爾）（デビッド・ラシャペル）, Linda McCartney（中譯：琳達·麥卡特尼）（リンダ・マッカートニー） and Chen Lingyang （中文名稱：陳羚羊）. Season Lao also the artist of the photobook and documentary “Páteo do Mungo”（中文名稱：百年菉荳圍） he will have a solo exhibition in Italy soon coming.

In the church of San Pietro in Atrio – an old place with documented history from the year 1181, transformed in the 80s in exhibition space – Season Lao presents the show “凛 – spirit of Snow” （中文名稱：凛 – spirit of Snow）, “pure” scenarios in diluted tones almost white, printed on handmade paper, which are portraits of rural areas of the island of Hokkaido, Japan.

Season Lao works are now displayed side by side with the garrida and glamorous aesthetic David La Chappelle（中譯：大衛·拉切貝爾） – the irreverent portrait, sometimes shocking and controversial, the American pop culture reference – and with photographs of Linda McCartney（中譯：琳達·麥卡特尼）, former Paul McCartney（中譯：保羅·麥卡尼爵士）’s wife, one of the four musicians of the most famous of British bands, The Beatles（中譯：披頭四樂隊）. Portraits of the author of a whole generation of musicians, Linda McCartney was the first woman to be able to photograph of his own on the cover of Rolling Stone in 1968, with a picture of Eric Clapton（中譯：艾瑞克．克萊普頓）. There are also works of the Italian Maurizio Galimberti（中譯：毛里濟奧•加林伯蒂）（マウリッツオ・ガリンベルティ）, known mosaics composed of photographs polaroid type or contemporary Chinese artist（中文：中國當代藝術家） Chen Lingyang（中文名稱：陳羚羊） of Zheijang.

“L’Uomo Nel Paesaggio” or “Man in the landscape” is the theme of the show that is open to the public in the church of San Pietro in Atrio. The idea was born of a homonymous book published by Italian publisher Charles Pozzoni, in July this year. The exhibition takes up and extends the book’s themes: the relationship between the landscape of the West and the East – specifically China – centered on the transformation of the scenario in the post-industrial era, says Roberto Borghi, one of the project mentors, an online text.

Season Lao account that were the organizers who contacted in Japan through the galleries in which it operates. “I was very surprised because they want me to include in the exhibition.” This presence in the Italian city of Como, however, was worth the Season Lao another invitation for an exhibition, this time individual, said the photographer graduated in Multimedia Design at Macao Polytechnic Institute （中文原文：澳門理工學院－綜合設計學士－多媒體設計系）. Lao was part, too, the group of artists selected by Albergue SCM (中文：仁慈堂婆仔屋) who traveled to Italy in May to the opening of the 56th Venice Biennale（中譯：第56屆威尼斯雙年展）, where this Mio Pang Fei （中文名稱：繆鵬飛）year the artist was invited to represent Macau.
